The Water Shortage

The water shortage has severe ramifications including fatal health consequences, diminished opportunity for work, and education. This perpetuates the cycle of poverty and disenfranchisement. The growing competition to consume the limited availability of fresh water will contribute to the unrest in these developing countries. Ultimately, this will become a global issue.
